Call of Duty Season Meta Checklist

Each Call of Duty season reshuffles weapons and maps. A short checklist keeps you from copying every viral class without testing TTK and recoil yourself.

Test before you trust

Take new guns into a private or low-stakes playlist. Recoil graphs lie less than highlight clips. Keep last season’s reliable secondary until the new primary feels honest.

Attachment bloat slows ADS for tiny accuracy gains. Strip the build when you lose close fights you used to win.

Mode priorities

Ranked, pubs, and Warzone adjacent playlists reward different mobility. Do not force one class everywhere because a creator did.

Update your mini-map habits when new map lanes open. Meta guns do not help if you rotate late.

Weekly hygiene

Spend a few matches after patch notes on the changed guns only. Confirm nerfs yourself — patch text is a hint, not a verdict.

Delete unused loadout slots clutter. Decision fatigue in the lobby leads to random kits in ranked.
